PROFILE: Tono Willms

This week, I spoke with Tono Willms, CEO of eevie - an eco-habit tracker app designed to help users build sustainable habits.

Through making small and simple changes regularly, Tono tells me, you can lessen your carbon impact without your lifestyle - or wallet - taking a hit.

Although acknowledging that some may feel overwhelmed by the apparent price difference often encountered when being environmentally conscious, Tono admitted that, through small changes, the financial step isn't that great - and as more people get on board, it will become cheaper for us all.

Highlighting the importance of the conversation we had in our interview, as well as the many similar conversations occurring amongst people in the wake of the recent environmental revolution, he went on to acknowledge that impact will come with solidarity.

Don't need a handful of eco-warriors being perfectly eco-friendly, we need a mass of people doing making small changes and trying to make this world better for ourselves and everyone else in it.

Here, Tono speaks about the importance of solidarity in creating a movement for the sake of our planet:
